Brian and I are just home from a week in Colorado. We've been visiting some of our oldest and dearest friends. The guys spent several days skiing, and Janet, Carol, and I spent our days shopping, hiking and having a wonderful time!
We woke up to snow several times during our stay.
In fact, yesterday morning we drove to Denver International Airport in a blizzard. It was pretty harrowing! We don't have many blizzards in North Texas.

But most of the time we had wonderful weather. This is a view of Pikes Peak from the Garden of the Gods outside Colorado Springs:

It's good to be home. Now it's time to get back to work.
