A Rose (or two!)

Brian planted my new rose, "Julia Child," in the back garden this weekend. It's not only lovely -- it has a wonderful fragrance!

This is a small rose quilt I bought on Etsy. It was made by one of my favorite quilt artists, Fannie Narte. I have it hanging in my studio for inspiration.


Now back to work! Lots of quilting to do before the TVQG show!

Your rose is gorgeous, wish I could smell it. I'm having to let mine go as I've developed an allergic reaction to being scratched by them.
