Katie P M taught a composition class at the TVQG today. It was wonderful! We made small fused studies using different compositional styles and color schemes. Here's some of our work:
I really liked my study using assymetrical design and a split complimentary color design:
We then made a smaller study using a portion of our first piece. Mine was done using a dual complimentary color scheme:
I think my itty bitty composition could be worked into a larger art quilt. Time to get to work!
