Yet another orientation....

On the Machine Quilting Resource Forum, it was suggested that I add this orientation to my choices:

The two dark red-violet patches at the bottom seem to weight the bottom. Any thoughts?

I like the vertical one best, in yesterday's post. BTW I love your quilting! Great colors, too!

I love this piece. I see what you are talking about. Have you thought about rotating the piece?

This is definitey the best orientation. Great colors and quilting. I just stumbled onto your blog and love it. Thanks for sharing your work with us.

This orientation works best for my eye because the visual weight is at the bottom, because of the dark colors you mentioned and because that wider portion bottom left also implies weight to me.
I LOVE the colors you chose - they absolutely sing!

Love this piece. The colors are so striking. Beautiful.
I was at a seminar, put on by Superior Threads. There was a lot of great information. I would let them know what happened when you used King Tut thread. They might have an answer. Very nice people and helpful.
