Brian and I went to Houston last week. He attended the annual meeting of the AAPG and I revisited old friends and a few favorite places.
We of course had to go to a baseball game at Minute Maid Park:
We had lunch at the Black Lab in Montrose:
We visited the Natural Science Museum, the Menil, the Museum of Fine Arts and the Center for Contemporary Craft. 
I also spent a day in the Woodlands with friends.We moved to Fort Worth over five years ago, but I still have a soft spot for Houston. Always will.
