Tuning Fork #24 is finished -- at least the top is sewn together. Although I'm still flip-flopping about the orientation. I rather like it this way:
But it also looks good this way:
I guess I'll have to wait until I quilt it and see.
On a sadder note, TF #22 was not selected for Quilt National. The bright side of that is that I can now post a picture:

On a really positive note, Tuning Fork #19 was juried into SPUN., at Etui Fiber Arts in Larchmont, New York. The exhibit will open October 17.

I am going to be a bit different. I like the blue with the dark on the top. It looks like light shimmering beautifully on a tranquil midnight lake.
Whichever way it ends up, it is stunning in the use of color.
The first orientation was sort of organic like sky or water, so it spoke to me more. Hope we see each other at Houston again, are you coming to the Quiltart meet up?
I also discovered a new to me mystery writer on cd... Rita Mae Brown, thought since we both like bbc mysteries, you might like listenening.
LeeAnna at not afraid of color
I'm really not upset by the rejection. I've had a really good year, and I will try QN again next time!
